Yoga
You don’t have to be flexible to do yoga – you come to yoga to get flexible. Whatever your fitness level you will find a safe and welcoming environment. Our classes are non-competitive and appeal to everyone.
Meditation and Mindfulness
A drop-in class with experienced leader Pia Prince, giving you the chance to re-connect with yourself and your surroundings
Wednesdays 9-10am and Thursdays 6-7pm
Room Rental
We offer room rental for classes, workshops and meetings. Wi-Fi, kitchen facilities and a PA located in our modern and clean working space. Contact Emma for details
